정답 : serial correlation is not significant and the standard errors are unbiased.

dw가 upper critical value 보다 크면 negative serial correlation인거 아닌가요? 그래서 fail to reject the null hypothesis of no negative serial correlation이 되어야 하는거 아닌가요?

그리고  4-1.59에서 4는 어디서 나온걸까요? 또한 2.41같은 문제에서 lower critical value보다 큰 값인데 그렇다면 no serical correlation 아닐까요?

정답은 왜 저렇게 나오는걸까요?
