아래 문제의 계산에서 N=10, PMT=100, PV=-700 ; CPT ->I/Y = 7.07%로 계산이 되는데, FV = 0으로 하는 이유가 무엇인지요? cashinflow에 원금도 포함되어야 하지 않나 해서 문의 드립니다.
